November 11 in the WSC Ballroom.  It will be similar to Acoustic Explosion,

but you guessed it...strictly on the ivories!   

       Grand Pianos Live is the one and only event of its kind this semester. And it's FREE! So to all you ivory ticklers out there, this is your big chance to show your skills to friends, and lovers!

       We want to be flexible with your schedules, so auditions will be held November 5th and 6th. To sign up for an audition time, all you have to do is contact us by email or by calling 422-3122, and we will schedule a time that is convenient for both you and the Activities Board.  The auditions will be held in the WSC. We will send you an email days before your scheduled time to give the room number.

       Now, a little concerning Jon Schmidt. He has become increasingly popular on campus over the past few years. The judges would like to hear a variety of presentations. This does not mean that "Waterfall" and "All of Me" are unallowed, but it would be in your best interest to play orignial compositions, fun covers, jazz pieces, classicals, duets, etc. Come audition!!
